ok, holiday liao.. last week just went for the GEMS test.. tot of not going cos lazy go school for one jus for tat.. but still went.. i pass le.. hmmm.. after tat e days will be working liao.. this month mostly working at vivo, cos there no ppl take over.. but once in a while i will still go back to gwc.. i some how prefer gwc.. cos not so bored but this means tat i need to face more customer.. which means i also need to handle irritating customer too.. customer is always right, this is all e service line have to face.. even if is e customer fault.. wth.. y must ppl like tat lei.. i dun understand.. cannot means cannot la, wat u still wan sia.. still come threaten us say go write to newspaper to complain ask ppl dun come buy jus becos we cannot exchange for you.. have u think urself, u dun even have e receipt and also e box and yet u say u jus bought it.. den u wan us exchange.. how to, we also need prove ma. u can get from outside and come say is from us.. GND la... i hate this kind of customer..
